A different take on one of the most beloved summer fruit: strawberries! This dish is so simple that is not an actual recipe but just two steps to eat strawberries at their best.
Strawberries are definitely summer’s candies and I can never have enough. I read on a food magazine that they pair well with pepper – this completely blew my mind and thought to give it a try. I then thought to go big and added my beloved balsamic vinegar. Results: 10/10!
Despite this is not a real recipe, I thought to share it here as I really want you to try it. It’s as peculiar as simple dish.
Serve it after dinner, blindfold your guests and make them guess what they are eating.
Enjoy!
